Mutual referrals on insurance cases for better client outcomes

We collaborate with attorneys by referring clients (that meet your customized criteria) who need litigation services. In return, we welcome insurance appeals cases from attorneys that may not be a perfect fit for their practice. Together, we can ensure clients receive the best possible support

What We Do

We are patient insurance advocates specializing in a high-cost treatments. We can give providers
Pre-filtered referrals tailored to your specific criteria, such as areas of interest, minimum claim amounts, location, etc.
Free guides and a service for clients with cases that may not align with your practice's focus, enabling you to concentrate on your core strengths while ensuring clients still receive the support they need.
Knowledge-sharing opportunities, allowing us to exchange expertise and work together to overturn denials.

Streamlined referrals

We charge attorneys nothing for referrals we send their way. Additionally, if an appeal we handle does not achieve the desired outcome and the client is interested in litigating, we provide a comprehensive, organized package to the referring attorney for consideration, making it easier for them to take on the case at that stage

Ask a question

Why would we partner with you?

We’re glad you asked! Our mission is simple: to help people access medically necessary healthcare. Sometimes, this can be achieved through the appeals process; other times, legal action is required. When we encounter clients whose needs are better served by an attorney, we’ll gladly refer them to you. Similarly, if you have cases that you can't take on but could still benefit from an appeal, we’d love to review their case. Even if we can’t help them or they aren’t interested in our service, they can utilize the free appeals guides on our website. We aim to understand the types of cases you’re interested in so we can send relevant referrals your way. Please reach out so we can discuss your needs further.

What types of cases should I send your way?

While our expertise began with health insurance appeals, we are continually expanding our scope. We are also interested in handling appeal cases in disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and life insurance. If there are other insurance areas where you believe our services could be valuable, we would love to hear more about them.

We already write appeals for our clients. Why work with you?

We can take on clients that aren't a good fit for your practice (due to low claim amount, lower likelihood of winning, no plans to litigate, etc.). We also take on cases you’d consider in the future after the appeals process is complete. We ease your workload by handling the administrative burden associated with appeals, allowing you to focus on the more complex aspects of your role. If an appeal is unsuccessful and you wish to litigate the case, we provide a thoroughly organized case file, eliminating the cumbersome intake process.
If you prefer to continue writing appeals for cases you plan to litigate, we welcome your referrals for cases you choose not to take on.

How would we partner?

Let's have a conversation to determine the best approach for your needs. Generally, we are interested in cross-referral partnerships. We will send cases that meet your predefined criteria for an attractive case, and you can refer cases to us that you cannot take on but believe could benefit from our services or free guides. Beyond referrals, we are eager to explore ways to collaborate more actively on cases.

Are you attorneys?

No, we are not. We are patient advocates who write appeals and letters on behalf of patients (and provide free guides for patients to appeal themselves), and then we advise them on submission of the letters. We do not offer legal counsel. We recognize and respect the unique expertise that attorneys bring to the table. Our goal is to collaborate closely with attorneys to leverage our respective strengths. We’d love the opportunity to work with you.
